Fill your calendar, gently.

Instead of bank transfers, spreadsheets and back-and-forth messages, one place that works the way you work.

Focus on your clients, not on chasing transfers.

Your clients pay online with Barion or OTP SimplePay, and the money goes straight to your own account. Nimbavio never holds your money and takes no commission.

At the front desk too: cash, card on your own terminal, bank transfer and SZÉP card.

Invoices issue themselves.

Your own Számlázz.hu or Billingo account issues them automatically. You don't have to touch them.

Classes, courses, appointments.

One enrolment covers a whole 4-week course. You can offer one-to-one appointments too: a consultation, a treatment or a private session.

In person and online.

Separate places for the room and for online. Set a minimum number of participants: if it isn't reached, you hold the session online.

Your rules.

You decide how long cancelling is free, what happens with a late cancellation, and whether clients get a refund or a credit.

Your place is waiting.

Your clients book on their phone, even on the tram, in a few taps.

  • No passwords. Sign in with an email code or a passkey (fingerprint or face).
  • When a place opens, we tell them. Waitlist offers go out by themselves.
  • In their calendar. Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, with a reminder.
  • Nothing to download. It opens in the browser and, in supported browsers, can be added to the home screen.

  2. Set it up the way you work

    Classes, courses, one-to-one appointments, passes and cancellation rules. Connect your own accounts for payments and invoices.

  3. Share the link

    Your clients book and pay, and you can focus on your work.

A simple monthly fee, no commission.

The app is still in development, so no plan is available yet, not even Free. As soon as it is ready, we will update the site and announce the prices. What is certain: we take no commission and charge nothing extra for your staff.

Trust

Your clients' data is in good hands.

  • Hosted in the EU

    Synvelio builds Nimbavio, and the data is stored in the European Union. Backups are encrypted, and we test restoring them.

  • Every business separate

    The database itself keeps each business's data apart. Everyone sees only their own.

  • Website and app apart

    This website runs on nimbavio.com. Booking and sign-in happen on your business's own nimbavio.app page, separate from this website and its code.

  • Your money is yours

    0% commission. Payments go to your own Barion or SimplePay account.
