Features

Focus on your clients, not on chasing transfers.

Do you work alone or with a whole team? Nimbavio is made for booking classes, courses and appointments and for managing passes, from a yoga studio to a barbershop to a practice. Instead of spreadsheets, bank transfers and booking by message, everything is in one place. Nimbavio is in development and starts with its first businesses: everything on this page already works in the current test version.

Booking

  • Your own booking page at its own address (for example harmonia.nimbavio.app): appointments, classes, staff, prices, rules and legal information.
  • Places left per mode: clients see how many places remain in person and online.
  • Waitlist with automatic offers when a place opens.
  • Calendar and reminders: a calendar feed and a calendar file for every booking (Google, Apple, Outlook), with notifications.

Classes, courses, appointments

  • One-to-one appointments: a consultation, coaching, a treatment or a private session. Free slots come from each staff member's weekly availability and time off, and two clients can never get the same slot.
  • Group classes with a set number of places and a waitlist.
  • Courses and series: one enrolment for every session, for example an 4-week course.
  • Hybrid sessions: in person and online at once, with a minimum number of participants and an online fallback.
  • Several prices for one session, and pay-what-you-can (donation) sessions.

Passes and payments

  • Passes online and at the front desk.
  • Front-desk sales: cash, card on your own terminal, bank transfer or SZÉP card.
  • Online payment with Barion or OTP SimplePay, into your own account.
  • A ledger that cannot be edited afterwards: every movement leaves a trace.
  • 0% commission. Nimbavio never holds your money.

Invoices and refunds

  • Automatic invoices through your own Számlázz.hu or Billingo account.
  • Automatic refunds for timely cancellations, sessions you cancel, and double payments.
  • A storno invoice after a whole refund, by itself.

Cancelling, by your rules

  • A free cancellation window that you set.
  • Late cancellation: allow it without a refund, or block it.
  • Refund or credit: you decide what clients get.
  • Versioned policies, so it is always clear which rules applied.

Behind the scenes

  • Today at a glance.
  • Client records with notes and waivers.
  • Staff roles with two-step sign-in.
  • Exports for Excel and your accountant.
  • Your business's name on its sign-in page.

Security and privacy

  • Hosted in the EU, with encrypted backups and restore tests.
  • Every business's data kept apart by the database itself.
  • Sign-in without passwords: an email code or a passkey.
