The first month is free, then you pay half price for the Pro or Premium plan for 5 months. There is no minimum term: you can leave at any time.

Am I committing to anything?

No. There is no minimum term: you can leave at any time, during the pilot too.

Who counts as an active client?

A client who has a booking or a purchase with you in that calendar month.

What happens if I outgrow the Free plan?

We'll let you know, and look together at which plan suits you. Your clients' bookings stay in place meanwhile.

Is there a commission or a hidden cost?

Nimbavio takes no commission from your income. Barion, OTP SimplePay, Számlázz.hu and Billingo charge their own fees under your contract with them. Those never go through Nimbavio.

Is VAT included?

The monthly fees will be net prices, plus 27% VAT.

How do I subscribe?

When the app is ready, we start your business in person after the demo, and agree the payment details then. Infomester Kft. issues the invoice for the monthly fee.

Why do I need my own Barion or SimplePay account?

So that your clients' money goes straight to you and never passes through us. Your own invoicing account issues the invoice too, in your name.
